Wheeling Bucket List (where do you want to wheel)

It's strange what it takes for someone to realize time is slipping by and there are so many things to do and see.

Very few people know but I had a fawking heart attack Aug 10th while on a job site. It was stress , high blood sugar and too many drinks the night before related. The bottom part of my heart decided to take the day off so the top part went into panic mode to keep up. I just assumed I was stressed out and took me 4 hours before I made the decision to drive the the hospital. On the way I passed a waffle house and said fawk it. If I'm going to die I'm going to die happy. :lmao:. Half way through breakfast I realized I made a mistake when my vision went completely dark. I had to pay the crack head waitress to drive me the rest of the way to the hospital. Yes, the doctor asked me if I was mentally challenged when I told him what I had done. I told him he should ask a few of my buddies. hahaha

Anyways, They stopped my heart and restarted it and things went back to somewhat normal. I have a few procedures ahead of me so I guess they think I want to live to be old.

That being said,

I'm going to put forth a much larger effort in wheeling more than a few times a year and would like to make some of the long hauls to a few places. I've wheeled just about all of Tx, Ok, Ar and I've done the cheesy Rubicon trail along with other trails through out Cali. I have done most trails at the Hammers but not in my rig.

My biggest bucket list is defiantly Moab. It may not happen in 2023 but I will be there with in the next few years along with Farmington NM and hopefully up to Colorado.

Where are the places you would like to wheel one day?

I have most of the trails in Colorado on my list. Montrose, Carnage Canyon, 21 road, and Holy Cross. I have not done the Rubicon but it’s on my list. I really don’t have anything on the east coast on the list.
If you ever want to come to NM to wheel just give me a couple weeks notice and I’d be happy to be your tour guide.
Gotta take care of that ticker homie. Lots of trails left to wheel so we need you around. Glad it all worked out for you.

Will do, I've watched a million vids of NM wheeling. Looks like you guys have it all.

Definitely Arizona with the Undertaker’s….err I mean with the club that runs those trails.

Independence trail in Colorado

Area BFE in Moab

But hands down on my bucket list isn’t a trail but a event, I wanted to do the Ultimate Adventure since high school.

I totally agree with the UA comment. I’ve always told myself that if I can’t make it to UA then I want to do my own with a group of friends and just go out and live life.

My plan is to take a couple weeks off and head up to CO since the owner of the company i work for has a house about 3 miles from Carnage Canyon. Then go hit all the other CO trails and then head north up to moab and maybe sand hallow.
