Thanks, one of these days I will make my stuffed mushrooms and post them. my wife sent my recipe into a contest and it got published and I got a couple hundred dollar gift card to a cooking supply company.

Yesterday I smoked a pork butt, had pulled pork sandwiches, mac n cheese, coleslaw, and applesauce. 13 hours of cooking for 20 minutes of eating lol

I may be a little biased but they were good.

A pound of your favorite sausage, a poundish of potatoes O'Brian and 10 eggs. Feeds about 5 people may have a small amount left overs depending on how those people eat.

Not nearly as cool as some of the cooking stuff in here but it was time to make some lifestyle changes. Trying my best at least Monday-Friday to limit my red meat, processed food, and sugar intake. Haven’t disappointed with any of my meals yet

Monday night I made something new that I've never made and I don't think I have even eaten before, chicken and lentil curry over rice.

todays lunch was last nights leftovers, chicken fajitas with homemade Café Rio copycat tomatillo ranch sauce which I screwed up and grabbed parsley instead of cilantro lol, it was still delicious and i was told not to lose that recipe.
