Rolled it outside late this afternoon for some fresh air. Was messing around with the wheelbase. This is at 105”. Think I’m gonna roll with this when I link it. Also redid my dash. Realized once I have it bolted in I’m gonna fight the wiring so I cut a big hole in it and built a plate for it for easy access. Plus I think I’m gonna scratch the factory gauge and just run some 2” ones or whatever size the normal ones are. 6255E413-4597-4379-9B8B-471AAED72301.jpeg

Got the propane tank mounted up. I’m so ready to cut the floor out and tube the inside of it. Gonna try and get the propane line made up and ran this weekend. I’m liking these propane and steering fitting. Don’t need to get them crimped. They are a screw on style that crimps the hose down. FB4B4694-4B8A-4F1B-AB1A-55D167E2CC30.jpeg

Got a lot done this weekend. Got the propane hose built and ran. Got pretty much all of the steering stuff mounted and hoses ran. Just have to finish the ram side of the hoses. Need to get the fittings that screw into the ram. The KC’s still worked so put them back on it today till I get a light bar. Just need to finish welding the front bumper and then it’s pretty much down to just wiring It.

Got to work on it a for a few hours today. Got the dash done I think. Just need to start wiring it up. But gonna finish everything else up before I start on the wiring. And picked of the rear 4 link kit for dirt cheap. 8DB06255-4053-4CEB-8A64-876F061B5F01.jpeg

Got the propane stuff finished up and put back together. Just have the hoses that attach to the intake and carb left to do. Also started on the wiring this afternoon. Not getting in any hurry with the wiring. Trying to make it look decent and done right the first time. Don’t want to have to add anything later on that I forgot. 730DC80D-D09A-4552-B2F0-62A8C1FAB737.jpeg

I need to pull the rats nest of wires out of my buggy and get it looking like yours. That looks clean.

Steering is done, dash is complete along with 95% of the wiring. Just have some small stuff to wire but that wont keep me from trying to start it in the next week or so. Just need to stop and get a vacuum line and carburetor gasket for it. Then can put the new ign wires on it and try and start it up. I’m really digging the stance of it right now. But ready to link it. Once its back running then ill trim a little bit of the fenders and finish painting It.
