Zuki 1.6L on propane, TH180 and zuki 6.5 tcase, steering TG housings front and rear with 5.29s, lockrite front, spooled rear on 17” beadlocks and 39” reds(eventually). Gonna run about a 17” belly on 39’s. Chassis will be 48” wide, around 51” tall and shooting for around 110” long with a 109” wheelbase.

Leaving the area under the seats open so I can mount my trans fan, battery and whatever else I can get under them. The plan is to hide as much of the components as possible. This is about as far as I’ve gotten so far. Waiting for my new notcher to come in.

Yes sir. This is my second dodge to do the conversion too. I love it.

Its not hard. This one actually has a dually axle on it. My 2wd dodge i did it to i just ran spacers. This one i put an actuall dually axle on it because i knew i wanted to run bigger tires.

The hard part for mine is that it’s a 3rd gen and I’ve had a hard time finding the dually fenders for a megacab.

LOL. It may end up with 2 bends in the whole chassis. So gotta wait and see.

Bored waiting on my new notcher and jack stands to get here so put the lower links and axles on it. Once the jack stands get here I can set the wheelbase and raise the axles to full bump and start putting some tube in place.

It’s gonna bit tight and I like it. Have the 2 tubes left to do from the dash down to the tube the seats mount too. Then the floor and center tunnel will be done beside a couple braces. My plan it to hide everything behind this area above the trans and behind the motor because there will be plenty of room for everything. I want to be able to look out through the driver and passenger floor to see the tires with next to nothing in the way. I know my pedals will somewhat block the driver front tire but I can look out of the chassis for that tire If needed.

Got a little bit done this weekend before i smoked my drill that i was using on my notcher. Really liking the way this one is turning out so far. Mounted the steering column. Got the down bars in from the dash to the floor and A pilar back to the C pilar. My plan is to hide a much as possible behind what i will call the console. I plan on putting the propane mixer, battery, fuse box, coil and whatever else i can fit behind there and out of site. I plan on making the tube removable that is right above the motor to make it easier to get the motor in and out if needed.

Been able to work on it here and there for a hour or 2. Got the front tube work started, mounted the brake booster, battery box and propane mixer.
