Looks good man. I was looking at those Milestars before I got a deal on a set of lightly used wheels and tires. Inexpensive and supposes to be a good all around tire.

Yeah I ended up getting a great deal on them. The only complaint I hear is of them getting 25-30k out of them but mine will be a garage queen. So I could probably make them last 2-3 years.

Spent the weekend prepping and painting the bumpers and tailgate reinforcement kit. Took the front bumper off and couldn’t get the factory fogs to fit so waiting on a response from the vendor. Got around to starting the removal of the rear bumper before calling it a night. Hope to have everything on by the end of the week...still waiting for the Raptor Liner to completely cure.

Looks good. Makes me want to throw rocks at the buggies and buy a New Jeep.

Ive been haggling the last few days for just a Sahara model and i cant for the life of me figure out how to afford one. Im damn frustrated as hell. This one is for the wife so nothing crazy. You would think this pandemic would be time to buy but its not the case.

what winch are you going to go with?
I was going to run the RC 10.5k with synthetic rope for $399 then add a factor flatlink -OR- HF Apex for $500. But my buddy was giving me shit and told me I need to keep it nice with a Warn. So still up in air on what to get.

Thanks but I’ve dealt with SB with their tire carrier and I made the decision I would never give my money to them again. Poor quality control, poor customer service, and poorly designed products. My initial winch was going to be a SB but after Robert received his with a small crack (didn’t effect function) I had second thoughts. After my personal experience, I decided I’d never do business with them. I recently made an online order with 4WP and they showed their item as in stock. After a week of no shipping notice I contacted them and asked what the status was. They replied the item was on backorder and would contact me when it was available. Cancelled my order. My buddy recently went to the local 4WP and wasn’t happy with their general attitude toward him lol. Not sure who helped him out.

Steering is done including Yeti Steer Smarts drag link, tie rod, and stabilizer with a Synergy sector shaft brace. Almost done with the tire carrier. Took me all day (buddy finally flipped the switch) to figure out how to space out the brackets. Today I’ll finish running the wiring while I bbq.
