Gantry Crane

[Blitz]

Took a break from the buggy for a bit and decided to build a gantry crane. Been wanting to build one for years. Somewhat finished it a few days ago and decided to stand it up tonight. It is 10’ tall X 10’ wide with 6’ outriggers. Still need to weld some on the tubing. Then I’ll weld the plates on for the casters. Will be done with it this weekend. I’m off next week so I’m gonna try and get the chassis painted and the moto/trans back in it.

i bought one of the HF adjustable height ones and put an old milemarker 2000lbs ATV winch ive had on a shelf for 10 years on it. it really is a game changer, be even better if i had a shop to use it in lol.

*edit* I walked out there the other day and it’s actually a Summit racing crane, they were cheaper shipped than harbor freight plus summit offers a military discount.
