I have a Colt Python I am thinking of selling. it was made in 1978. blue with a 6" barrel. looking on Gun Broker they seem to be going for $2000+
it has probably been 20 years or more since I shot it and haven't shot it much since I got it in 1984. I have decided I would rather have the money.
I bought it from a deputy sheriff and I want to say he told me it had been worked over some, it is extremely smooth.
