    Wolf caves 11/24-11/25 TR

Got a bit of a late start on the day, since the wife and baby were sick( I made sure my wife was still good with me going, I'm not a monster) rolled up to park about 10:20 am unloaded and rolled out to trails by 10:30 the lot liZard was working great the combination of power and wheelbase (also not caring about body damage) helped conquer a lot of the obstacles I pointed her at.
Being as this was the initial shakedown for the lot lizard and the first day in trails I kept to the green stuff. Weather was perfect for wheeling, after wheeling for a few hours rolled back into camp to let my p/s cool down grab a bite to eat and set up camp.
Went back out a couple more hours trying different things eventually hit some yellow trails on the way back to camp.

Now this is where it got interesting die to running 33" tires and not a lot of departure angle I was tagging the fuel tank alot, so it was either a loose connection or a hot pump, but she would die every 30ft or so eventually got it back to camp and decided that was it for the day.
Since Joopman was staying in town and the remainder of my party was not due to arrive until midnight I decided to turn in early (7-8pm) in the back seat of my mega cab.

Day 2, sketchy had arrived, Joopman was rolling in we had got breakfast going, when a lady drove by looking for her group, they all ended up being no shows. So she had driven her 2" lift tj with 31" from Houston to wolf caves planned on wheeling and driving back. So we invited her to wheel with us keep in mind we have a 6" lift tj on 35s, a v8 zj that never has to see the road again and a full tube propane buggy. So she airs down her 31"s and disconnected her sway bar, was ready to hit the trails.we got Joopman buggy started with a small fire in the vaporizer, sketchy had a sticking starter and the lot lizard wouldn't idle well. Eventually we got everything going and hit he trails, keeping to the milder green trails to keep it interesting for the stock TJ. We hit all of the greens and blues joop hit a red flawlessly we wheeled the better part of the day untill I was having fueling issues again and we decided to head in for the day.

Over all I would give the trip a 9 out of 10 basically I missed the good company and laughter y'all provide. And so far the lot liZard only needs a fuel pump upgrade
