    Synthetic Winch Rope Repair

Anyone have any experience repairing a synthetic winch rope? Mine broke about 1-1.5 feet from the hook and I hate to throw out the rest of the line for one short section.

Sorry, this is an ATV winch. But if you can do one, you should be able to do the another.

This will allow you to repair the rope. Kind of expensive but cheaper than new winch line.

You can fix it. I had one break almost dead center of the rope. After a quick youtube video I had it spliced back together and can barley tell where it was broke before. It has also had a couple damn hard pulls on that section with no issues since then.
